Description

Maitake (Grifola frondosa) in Japanese means 'dancing mushroom'. This particular fungus is native to the northeastern regions of North America and Asia and are known to contain a variety of beneficial compounds, such as beta-glucans, which have been found to stimulate the immune system and help reduce inflammation.
